Inspired by Maira Kalman’s illustrations of domestic spaces and objects, “Goodwill Towards Friends” catalogues furniture and other items (thrifted from Goodwill) that inhabit my own life, along with a social philosophy that seeks to provide comfort, support, and good lighting for all who enter. Hand drawn using Procreate on an iPad, and published in Trends, The Journal of the Texas Art Education Association (2023).
