We Are All Good Gods, novel, literary satire, under review. Ouida Wannamaker is mentally unstable, politically incorrect, and obsessed with Hitler. Repulsed by the vulgarity of contemporary social interactions, Ouida counts down twenty-four days to the apocalypse she believes is coming. Her psychiatrist has diagnosed her with “deep-seated narcissistic disorder,” and sent her to a support group for people with god complexes. It is here that Ouida meets Tuesday Central, a stand-up comedian who claims to be God.
